I have been a Ph.D. student at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India, since July 2020. I am working under the supervision of Dr. Pooja Singla. The broad area of my research is the Representation theory of finite groups. Before joining IIT Kanpur, I did my Master in Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India (2018-2020) in Mathematics.

I am working on the decomposition of tensor products of irreducible representations of general linear groups over principle ideal local rings. More generally, I am interested in the Clebsch-Gordan problem for finite groups.
