Maitri Scholars and Fellows announced

Recipients of the Centre for Australia-India Relations' inaugural Maitri Scholars and Fellowships programs have been announced. 

Five Maitri Scholars from India will pursue PhDs focused on STEM research, covering areas such as advanced manufacturing and sustainable energy solutions. 

Additionally, seven Maitri Fellows will embark on research projects examining the shared geostrategic and economic future of Australia and India. Their work will address topics such as maritime security, climate change, secure supply chains, and enhanced regional cooperation.
